Mederma? Fades Away Acne Scars?

Question:
Does Mederma really helps fade away acne scars from back? If it does, how long will itt take? are there any side effects? any sensitivity to the sun? If used and if scars fade away, do I have to keep on using it?

Answers:
After I had surgery, the surgeon told me to use Mederma on my scars. He's a doctor, so I don't think that he'd give me a product that didn't work. It tells you on the box of mederma how long to use it and how often. (It depends on if the scar is new or old.)

The scars will not "come back" if you stop using it. It does its job--making the scar less visible. It cannot completely get rid of scars, but it helps.

Make sure you wear sunscreen whenever you're in the sun for an extended period of time.
You should probably try Ambi fade cream for face. It faded my acne marks while evening out my complexion. It has soy and other vitamins so its better for your skin. Plus it has spf 15. It has a very unique smell though, but its not overpowering. I used this and I drank a lot of water and now I dont feel like I have to wear a ton of foundation anymore. If you still have existing acne I also used Ambi acne clearing treatment.

Ambi is very much like the more recognized brand Aveeno. Same ingredients however Ambi is a little bit less expensive. I'm sure Aveeno works wonders aswell.
