* Pains, (often severe), in the upper-to-middle back area,(Between the shoulder blades),, that radiate through to the chest area
* Uncontrollable shaking
* Occasional vomiting after eating foods that are sweet
* Extreme fatigue

Tingling is a bad symtom. I think it means no blood circulation. Do some stretches. See a doc.
