Answers:
Epidemiology is the study of factors affecting the health and illness of populations.

Microbiology is the study of microorganisms, which are unicellular or cell-cluster microscopic organisms.[1] This includes eukaryotes such as fungi and protists, and prokaryotes such as bacteria and certain algae. Viruses, though not strictly classed as living organisms, are also studied.[2] Microbiology is a broad term which includes many branches like bacteriology, virology, mycology, parasitology and others.
microbiology is about microorganisms
epidemiology is about something getting epidemic like a disease or something
I believe that microbiology studies all kinds of microscopic biologic phenomena. Epidemiology is more focused on epidemies and the organisms involved with them (hosts and parasites) and the effects they have on each other.
