She needs to go to urgent care right now to find out how much damage she did. Tell her she HAS TO go get this checked out by a doctor ASAP.
try aloe vera
very cold aloe vera. and drink lots of water to rehydrate the skin
Take benadryl and keep a warm, wet wash cloth on it at all times. I had this happen years ago and that is what the urgent care had me do.
