Help my 9yr old has a weird rash!?

Question:
Hi my daughter has this rash on her hands and feet. Her hands look like there are many dry dots of raised skin that is peeling (almost bubbling then peeling with no ooze) and then her skin on her feet are doing the same. It does not look like hives or than red type of rash just bubbling then peeling. I am very concerned & her doc will not be in until 1 week. Please help any advice will be appreciated!

Answers:
I have excema and this is what I do when it gets bad like that:

Buy plain cortizone cream and put lots on the areas.
Then cover that with saran wrap for an hour or two, this helps it to sink in really well.
Keep doing this every day until it gets better. And always keep cortizone on it (not always with saran wrap), never let it get dry.
Sounds like when my eczema starts. My doc got me to buy a moisturizer with uric acid in it. But why not go to a walk in clinic until your doc gets back.
It sounds a lot like eczema, which can be the result of an allergy. My husband has problems with this, but on his feet/underarms, and we really haven't found anything that helps. If it gets hot it itches. If you find something, let me know. Thanks!
