Question:
i am milk intolerance.the doctor said there is no signs of stones. doctor gave me zantac, but it dont help me that much. i think this is probaly acid reflux. usually the pain comes and goes throughout the day. any suggestions?? can this be acid reflux and if so what medications can i take? thnkxx

Answers:
get on a diet for few days and drink good water/no chlorine on it, eat safe food not spice
I'm a little younger than you, and i have acid reflux too. if its very mild, take tums. or, talk to your doctor about ranitidine. ranitidine is a little pill that you can take that really helps your acid calm down, especially if you get sharp pains in your rib cage and stomach.
too much uncertainty there. If you're 18, probably not reflux. Sorta depends on how much you have abused your esophagus. Do you smoke/drink alcohol? Are you massively overweight? If not, doubt reflux. Zantac should help, and adds to my doubt.
NEED A DIAGNOSIS, could be large spleen from mono, is that a possibility (spleen is on left, under ribs). Are you freakishly tall? Could be a pneumothorax... NEED A DIAGNOSIS. Cannot start treating without a diagnosis, especially if you failed Zantac.
