My feet and ankles have been tingling for the last few months. I've been to the doctor. They did blood work

Question:
they did not find high sugar levels or diabetes. I also had an EMG done with no significant results which would cause the tingling. I've even bought Diabetic socks which are looser than regular white crews which I've worn for thirty years. Still the same. I flex my feet and ankles when I take off my socks & it still feels like my socks are on. Like my skin is acting as if it were tight. Any help would be appreciated. I'm 52 years old. White guy.

Answers:
Hey buddy !! Tingling and prickling sensations, numbness are all vitamin B12 deficiency signs .... quite uncomfortable, scary and painfull some of these vitamin deficiencys if you don't realise.

Eat more foods rich in this vitamin on a daily basis as the B complex group of vitamins are a water soluble group and therefore the body can't manufacture them.

ie: organ meats such as lambs fry and kidneys, milk, cheese, eggs and fish.

Go get yourself a good quality multi B complex supplement with all the B vitamins included therein - B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 - about $30.00 for 200 tablets (what price your health). Blackmores do a good one - mega stress B complex.
