Why does your wound bleeds and it that a good sign?

Question:

Answers:
People only can bleed when they are still alive and their hearts are pumping blood throughout the body. What kind of wound are you asking about? Basically, we have blood vessels everywhere in our bodies. Most of the time, it's the skin that gets injured and bleeds. When we get a scratch, little tiny capillaries get broken and bleed to close up the break in the skin and clean out germs. Bigger scratch-bigger wound= bigger blood vessels are broken and they bleed more than tiny ones. That's good because it's what your body is supposed to do to keep you healthy.
Whether or not your "wound bleeds" may not be the question you are really asking. There are people who like to hurt themselves physically and see themselves bleed as proof that they are "alive". If you feel the need to see yourself bleed and feel the pain, you are not alone. You do deserve to feel better than you may right now. Be brave and let yourself show someone who can understand.
