Anyone know a good cure for Eczema?

I have Eczema all over and so does people in my family and as well as some friends of mine. There is no cure of course. One way that you can lower the itchiness and the burn that you're feeling is using a dye free laundry detergent, using fragrance free soap like dove for sensitive skin, Cetaphil, Aveeno, or Nightingale Naturals for sensitive skin. That is new and it has pretty scents to it. It's all natural and it helps repair your skin from the burns and itchiness. Steroids can make it worse. It made me gain weight and made me have other problems with my body.
After you shower, don't dry your feet and hands to much. Leave them damp and apply aveeno skin relief, cetaphil, eucerin, or aquaphor and put on socks. It keeps it moisturized really well and can help the itchiness and burning sensation. Oatmeal soap and lotion does great as well. Try to avoid using lotion with anything that has Vitamin E because it does the opposite and makes your Eczema worse. Coco butter has tons of Vitamin E in it. I hope this helps you out very much.
hydroquartizone cream. i know i spelled it wrong, but my brother had really bad eczema and it worked really well.
my aunt uses pure shae butter that comes in a big guord looking thing. works really good.
Well, I don't have a cure, but I have a remedy that someone once told me to use on my tattoo that tends to raise up. I've used steroid ointments that my doctor prescribed, but nothing seemed to have worked, til a co-worker suggested I apply Crisco Baking Shortening. Apparently her son suffered from horrible Eczema, and she used Crisco to moisturize him. Worth a try, it worked on my tattoo.!! =D
Ok well my dad has eczema and the only thing that works for him is this thing called quadriderm. I don't know if it will work for you, but my dad won't be without it.
