With men, what they eat does effect the semen, from taste to texture to consistency. If you only have the one partner, and your not getting any symptoms vaginally, I would try and find out if there is something he is eating that you happen to be allergic to. The chest and throat area from between your breasts upwards would suggest something he has in his system on a regular basis when this occurs does not like you. Also, if you use any form of lubricant, might want to just do a dot test on your chest and see if that causes any reaction either.
The last, least likely of the possibilities is that he has a sexual transmitted disease, but I have high doubts on that as it is only effecting your chest right now. I would however watch for any unusual itching, burning, or odd odors comming from either him or you that may signal a STD.

It may be the bacteria in the semen,but I have never heard of anyone doing that,maybe you have very sensitive skin.

You might have semen allergies. Just make sure your man doesnt get any in those areas. I think you could of figured that out yourself though.
