Why do i have itchy little red bumps all over my body?

Question:
at first my hands itched and then my feet and now my whole body and now these red bumps

Answers:
sounds like you could have a rash. without seeing the bumps i couldn't tell you what it was. might be heat rash or poison ivy call your doc and get seen soon
maybe u have chicken pox
It's hard to tell without seeing them, could be contact dermatitis, you touched something (contact) and it spread a rash (dermatitis)
It's not likely to be hives, may be shingles,
best bet is to go to the doctor or clinic and have a professional look at it.
To stop the itch, try soaking in a tub of tepid water with oatmeal (not cooked)
About one cup
and calamine lotion, you can get it with additional benedryl if the rash is not raw and open.
Maby Chicken pocks, rash, Mosquito bights, etc... I would put cream of some sort on it.
CHICKEN POX!!!
I dont think anyone can tell what you have unless they can examine it in person or photos. Either way you should go see your doctor to get it diagnosed. For some relief though hopefully some caladryl, benadryl gel, or some cortizone will help with the itch.
