you need to talk to a doctor that specialty is this. my dad went to one . he has been a diabetic since he was 17 and he is in his 60's. he went to an urologist and they tried many different ways to help him sexually. they would work for a little while and than stop. he finally got a penis pump a few years ago and he has had no problems with it. he said the surgery was not too bad and he says it was worth every bit he went Thur. my mom agrees.
