Is it bad for an 11 year old to have a lot of headaches?

Question:
I am 11 and I have a lot of headaches. Some really hurt, others are little but are still annoying. Should I tell a doctor or something?

Answers:
It may be hormonal, my 16 yr old has been having them since she started her cycle, and she gets them when she doesn't wear her glasses or doesn't eat in a timely manner. Also, her doc said she needed to cut back on caffeine and processed food.
No not at all-everyone gets them no matter the age, my little sister had headaches as a baby
You should probably go to the doctor, they will have the best answers for you!
Get your eyes checked, could be eye strain.
no. it's totally normal.every time you ache doesn't mean you should go to the doctor and get medication you'll age faster. i've been told.some aches are serious like back aches but head aches, thas very normal.
Yes, you should see a doctor if you get recurring headaches, it could be a number of things. You might also want to get your eyes tested, as eye strain can cause headaches as well. I had regular headaches when I was your age, found out I was short sighted, got glasses and the headaches dissappeared.
you just need to go to the chiropracter
I would go to the doctor. When I was around 14, I got a lot of headaches, some very severe, others just annoying so that reading my schoolwork was troublesome. I went to a couple of doctors and they concluded that I had problems with my sinuses. I had a surgery that repaired my sinuses and to this day I haven't gotten a headache as bad, and I certainly don't get frequent headaches anymore.

Long story short, I would see a doctor. They could be simple headaches, or something more. You should try and find out, and get it treated.
When your a kid and you're growing up, a lot of things happen to you. But if the headache is severe and it gets really bad, then you should tell a doctor and he/she might tell you the problem. It might be eye strain, though. It's known to give a lot of headaches...
Yes and should tell a doctor immediatly.
Could be alot of things, but maybe its your glasses that the strength is not correct, maybe your watching to much TV,are you near or far sighted. There is so many questions to your question.
Could be migraines.ask you doctor about it. He can subscibe a medication to help you with them.
