In order to find out for sure you can make an appointment where they would swab the throat and send it off for cultures. Symptoms can happen within 2 -10 days. Make sure next time you use a condom.

I think that you need to go to a doctor and have a Culture and Sensitivity test done of your throat and mouth.
I also think that you should exercise better judgment so that you do not end up living in a nursing home with systemic syphilis and AIDS. I don't know about the nurses where you live, but I personally don't want to listen to your inarticulate whining and crying, I don't want to be stopping you from running into the street, and I don't want to have to keep stopping you from getting naked in the hallway, all because syphilis is eating your brain and AIDS is preventing your immune system from slowing it down.
You might also have bruised the back of your mouth.
