TB test T_T?

Question:
have had a tb skin test on this wednesday, now I have a big red and raided spot (2cm)on my arm at the site of the test. I need to go to the hospital in 1:30 p.m today (7/27/07)to check if I'm positive or negative...(I think I'm positive)
I am hoping to be a volunteer at a hospital and they do tb tests before starting so Is there any way that I can make this go away? or make it smaller? before I go to the hospital?
Can I put an ice pack on top of it?

Answers:
No theres no way to get rid of it, and if you lie about it and you get the volunteer job and the hospital finds out, you could be in a world of trouble.
I had it checked out too a week ago. and from experience I'm, going to tell you NOT to scratch it! and put ice on it , if the spot itches. and don't put any clothing or band aid on it, or it will irritate . it will heel itself, mien's is still a dark spot, but it doesn't itch anymore.

P.S. I scratched the spot at night, and it became bigger, so my doctor told me that now i scratched it, next time i get the test done, it's going to itch even more.
You never want to do something like that. If you have TB you would seriously want to be diagnosed and treated, believe me. Besides, that is not an automatic disqualification for working in a hospital.
