I can tell you what I have learned from taking care of my grandfather who had the same problem - keep your feet elevated as much as you can - like in bed or when you are on the couch - or put something under your desk when you are working - also there are these stockings you can get is anymedical supply store that you wear to help with circulation - there is also a machine that you can use at night that promotes circulation it is very pricy without a prescription - there is a simular versionn available thru avon believe it or not - - you should be taking a daily vitamin and have some sort of exercise routine even if it is just a brisk walk for a half an hour a day - if it is really bad you need to seek medical help.

YOU CAN ALWAYS DO JUMPING JACKS OR PUSH UPS OR BETTER YET YOGA I HEAR THAT IS GREAT FOR PEOPLE WITH BAD CIRCULATION BECAUSE IT GET THE BLOOD PUMPING AND YOU CAN DO MANY DIFFERENT EXERCISES SO YOU WONT GET BORED WITH THE SAME EXERCISE ROUTINES YOU KNOW.
Reflexology massage once a month to help with circulation... then do strech for 5 min. go walk for 10 min at least 3 times a day or twice a day! Good luck! I have the same problem and that what my endo told me to do..
Exercise is supposed to be good for circulation, especially the cardiac workout. They have machines at the gym that give you a cardiac work out and gets the blood to pumping. Walking is another great exercise.
