Lightheaded, bad headaches = ??

Question:
I'm a college student who just returned from a year abroad in Europe to a busy summer job working at a camp, teaching swimming and gymnastics lessons. I work from 8-5:30 most days, and get the weekends off. I've been noticing that I've been getting pretty bad headaches at work lately and I don't know whether it's due to being out in the sun all time and getting dehydrated (I always keep a water bottle with me and try to drink a lot, but being out in the sun, I'm always dehydrated at the end of the day) - or something else, as I've also been feeling lightheaded and tired lately. Even on my days off, I've been lightheaded only an hour or two after a snack or meal. On work days, I eat breakfast at 6:30, and lunch at 12. If I don't have a snack in between, I start to go downhill in the day and feel lightheaded before lunch and get bad headaches in the afternoon.

Is this normal, or should I worry? I'm about 5'3" and about 150, so about 15 pounds over ideal weight but am losing weight.

First thing to do is to get a hat and protect yourself from the sun - can't hurt.
When did you return? Got a jet lag?
