I am a bodybuilder. I have now unter my armpits some strange looking skin.?

Question:
It has a diffrents colour than my normal skin, it is a red colour. Somebody told me it`s like that because the skin had no time to grow like the muscles. Is it true? How can i stop it? Can i make it dissapear? Now it starts on my biceps. I unde some good training and good suppliments, so my growing is quite fast
thanks

As stupid as it may sound. you've got stretch marks. Yes, they normally appear on women that are pregnant, but it can happen whenever your skin is pulled faster than it is able to stretch. when a baby pushes against the abdomen, or when muscles push against the skin.
I've seen it in several people who lift weights and gain more muscle mass than their skin is ready for, and the skin basically stretches until it breaks a little inside (I won't get into the details).

The best way to minimize this effect (or at least heal it a little) is to take a 400 IU softgel of vitamin E, poke a hole in the side of it (CAREFULLY), spread the oil on your skin, and rub it in like any massage oil. Make sure you use about an equal amount on each area, as you should only do this once a day.

Vitamin E is a GREAT skin health item, and softgels of vitamin E have a MUCH greater potency of vitamin E than a cream would. Just make sure you aren't taking a supplemental vitamin E at the same time, as vitamin E can build up in your system.
Are the "supplements" steroids?? Don't just believe whoever is supplying them that they are not.
You're getting stretch marks. You can try to prevent them by keeping your skin very moisturized, however, you may still get them, epsecially if you building muscle in a short period of time. The redness will fade over time, but stretch marks are forever, unfortunately.
Is it stretch marks? If they are red lookign and start in your armpits and they are linear, then it's likely a stretch mark. This is from your skin stretching because your muscles and growing and flexing faster than the skin can expand. They take a long time to get rid of, but they will go away eventually. However, you will have them and keep getting them as long as you keep getting bigger.
