Can a person get paid by WSIB and CPP?


Question:
I got injured years ago and have problems returning. WSIB says I can get my NEL payment and CPP says they will accept me but WSIB says I cant get paid by both of them. Only the differece from to balance the other for total payment. Is this true? I suffer from vertigo and ringing in the ears . Neck and back pain.
