Pityrosporum folliculitis: Calling all Dermatologists?

Question:

i have had pityrosporum folliculitis and seborrheic dermatitis on my head, face and in my ears for 3 years now and i would like to know if there is any way of clearing it up.I have been to see many differant dermatologists and they told me i would have to take antibioics for the rest of my life and it would never go away. I just want to know if there is any way of getting it to go away for good.
