Does food give you spots?

Question:
I GET THEM FROM TOO MUCH SUGAR OR POTATOES, IS IT JUST ME ON THOSE FOODS??

Answers:
Don't worry, I still get them now at mu age.

With me it does seem to happen when I eat too much milk chocolate, but not if I eat dark for some reason. Also get them when I have been eating too much fried food and chips.

Might be worth taking a food sensitivity test though.
yes tomuch suger is the prob do a detox u will find this will help also ask ur gp for help
sum do, like fatty and junk food , im not sayindont eat em but not dat much instead eat healthy and drink TONNNNNNNES of water. water WILL cleanse ur skin. trust me try it for 3 weeks,
hope dat helps
Foods that are very high in sugar can cause spot, also food that is high in fats. Also alcohol can cause skin complaints.

Things that can help are cutting down on these types of food and eating plenty of fruit, and veg and drinking plenty of water, can help.

Im not sure about the potatos, it could be because of the starch, but ive never hear of potatoes casing skin problems. Unless you have intolerance or allergy to starchy foods.
You may have a starch intollerance, perhaps it would be worth speaking to your doctor who may be able to refer you to a dietician or specialist. I get them from an enzyme in chocolate and cashew nuts. Not just spots, and only one at a time, but huge things, that seem to throb and make the whole of my face really painful.
If only that was true! sadly there is a misconception that certain foods affect spots, however its not true. What affects spots is how clear your face is and how much oil your face secrets, and how much you touch your face! not sugar or potatoes sorry!
