if you need betnovate or any other medicine with corticosteroids it's time to see your gp or a dermatologist.
don't go treating yourself without seeing a dr.

Yes you can apply betnovate on your face. It works great for dry skin and spots on the face.
NOT recommended. for face
If used for wrong type of rash will make worse
If used for too long will make skin thin/blood vessel changes
when stopped rash will return worse
Not indicated for dry skin
Only use on face if prescribed by doctor for specific treatment also probably would not use full strength
I have seen to much skin damage caused by steroids on face
No. Its a medical ointment/cream for treating skin diseases. You must consult a doctor and only if he prescribes it you should use.
