Collagen pills..creams..?

Question: Hi, Im interested in taking collagen either in a cream or within capsules. I live in the UK & was looking at various offers. There's 400mg & 1000mg & was wondering the best type that is'nt an imitation & is'nt above my budget. Can anyone help?Thanks!
