I got this bump under my skin...?

Well right by my nose i got this bump under my skin..looking at me u cant really notice anything different but i can really feel it...what is it? im 17 and i do have slight acne..ive noticed it for maybe 1-2wks.it seems too big to be a pimple and i dont think its a cyst...what is this??

If it feels like a bubble, then don't touch it anymore. it should be gone in about 12 hours. if it's still there after three days, then go see a doctor.
