yes, it is. A lot has to do with hormones. If you have hair down there, make sure you don't have ingrown hairs. Make sure you wash all the time. And wearing boxers will let the area breath, as briefs will hold more moisture, and allow sweat and bacteria to block the pores in that area
it could be from shaving yes if u do that, but also i think it might be because of sweat down there causing bumps and irritation. U need to buy 100% cotton underwear so it can breath down there and make sure u use an anti-bacterial soap to kill the bacteria and stop the bumps from growing. Also make sure u have the right size underwear on, if its too tight it also cant breathe.
