Anyone know what would cause itchy whelps in the creases behind the knees?

Question:
It started out like a redbug bite but is only in the creases behind the knees and has gotten large (both knees). It has been going on too long (over a month) to be redbug bites. Anyone experienced this?

Answers:
Behind the knee is a common place for excema to crop up. My kids get it in the crease of the knees, elbows, but in very dry weather. Maybe you have a little yeast there? Time to go to the doc.
