I just got a coldsore, and i'm going out with the guy i like tomorrow! it's already red, what can i do?!

I ran out of my medication a few weeks ago and i got a coldsore and now it's red and looking kinda like a coldsore and it's kinda itchy, how can i get rid of it fast or make it not noticable? Note: i don't have any money so don't say abreeva or any other things that require me to leave my house.. please help me!

Try some of the things you use for pimples. ie: toothpaste, soap, anything to dry it out and take away the redness. You can also try rubbing alcohol.

Try a hot compress and hydrocortizone. If it doesn't go away, don't kiss him or you can give him herpes.
Buy some burts bees wax asap and thats how quick its gone but if u dont want to leave the house i heard ear wax helps
