don't put neosporin on it! your face skin is sensitive & it will only clog your pores.
just rub some alcohol on it and leave it alone. don't pick at the scab or you will scar & make it worse.
you can also try putting pure tea trea oil on it to help w/ healing. it's an anticeptic. or pure aloe vera.
I think that Neosporin on a cut doesn't cause it to heal fast, it just keeps it from getting an infection. Johnson & Johnson makes this stuff called "First Aid Creme" that works pretty good on minor cuts and it's not greasy.
