My poor grandma is Haveing a hard time with her eyes. They are black, scaby and thay swell up. It looks like sun burn but its not. Her eyes hill up for 1 or 2 days and then it comes right back. If you know something pleaz tell me so i can so more surch on it thank you.

dose she have diabetes.
try using a hot compress for her on for several minutes off for several more repeat.
I'd actually have her see an MD or eye doctor (it sounds like something more then just what you describe) but it could be just an eye infection - see about an eye wash.
You can dab a little vitamin e gel around the scab area -
your best bet is to call the MD.
