What is the best treatment you have had for acne? Either prescription or commercial.?

Prescription: Erythromycin Benzoyl Peroxide, Clindamycin Phosphate
Commercial: Clearasil Acne Cleanser, PanOxyl Benzoyl Peroxide 10%
I've heard that a prescription drug called BenzaClin is good, but I have not tried it and I am wondering if anyone has tried it and how effective it was.
Or what is the best treatment you've had?

prescription drugs or topicals are still harsh on the skin & the drugs absorbed in the skin can cause other problems, believe or not. there have been cases where people who have used acne medication have commited suicide or have had mental problems. unbelievable!
and as for commercial products, they still contain chemicals, and the skin is sensitive. i suggest using all natural products. i personally use Burt's Bees. i have acne and super sensitive skin & it works for me! they have fabulous products that are neither harsh on my skin nor do they clog my pores. they're not expensive either.
for acne it's beter to follow a prescription. and to clean your face properly

Neutrogena is good for face wash
the best thing I have ever used was Natures Cure, an over the counter medication that you take by mouth! It helps fight acne on the inside. Also Dermologica products are kinda expensive but AMAZING! A lot of celebrities use it and I think you can only get it in a salon but it works amazingly! I used to have horrible acne that I would cry about I tried everything including proactive... but this was the only thing that worked.
Dickinson's Witch Hazel Formula is the best commercial acne stuff ever! It leaves you acne free and feeling refreshed.
