Will Childrens Tylenol cause stomach bleeding if I take a steroid drug for my DBA?

Question:
Steroid Drugs are the good drugs! Oh I mean if anyone has A Childrens Tylenol, look on the box for stomach bleeding warnings. I have checked Motren and Advil already.

Answers:
Tylenol (acetaminophen) does cause direct injury to the stomach lining. Unlike non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as Advil/Motrin (i.e. ibuprofen ) and aspirin, acetaminophen does not cause (bleeding) ulcers and erosions in the digestive tract.
