Is low voltage on an ekg a something I should be concerned more or less?? I am not obese, I do hold copd.?

What is overinflated lungs to significant heart disease??

Answers:    It is a matter of serious consideration, as far as my experience is concerned,as you are have a COPD. There is depreviation of oxygen to the myocardium (Heart muscles).
So get yourself checked out by a appropriate Pulmonologist, as it can involve the heart,as low voltage EKG clearly indicate lack of Oxygen to the heart.
This is brief but a appropriate suggestion I can give you.
All the best.
