1. Antibiotics
2. Anti androgen like Finasteride for controllig BPH to advance further,
3. Alpha blocker drug eg prazosin, to improve bladder emptying.
About surgery, how severe r your symptoms and/or findings of sonography that reveal the size of your prostate, will decide.
