Does Drinking Soda Effect Your Skin??

Question:
i would really like to know if i stopped drinking soda if the small skin colored bumps on my face will go away

Answers:
Drinking soda isn't healthy if you drink a lot of it. It should be an occasional thing (like a cocktail).

If you drink a lot of soda and you replace your soda with water - you should see a marked improvement in your skin, especially in the texture.
well, too much soda effects your intestines... but i don't think it will affect the skin...
No real effect on skin, but it is horrible on your teeth, and too much regular can cause diabetes and too much diet can cuse diabetes. Best bet is water with frozen fruit added to it for a refreshing drink, I like to add strawberries or lemon or lime. I know about tooth decay from family members addicted to MD.
I don't think the link between soda and acne of other skin problems has been scientifically established. However, too much soda is not good for your health and if your health is poor then your skin will also not be at its best. Eat foods that promote good skin and health.
