2 tablespoonfuls of Powdered Alum in 12 ounces of water .
This will make an antiperspirant similar to what is in antiperspirant -deodorant for underarms. Put a little on a washcloth and coat the hands. They will not sweat most of the day or until it is removed by washing your hands. Don't apply to open skin or cuts. You could use antiperspirant but most have fragrances... better to use something that doesn't so make up your own.
Your hands are cold because the sweat is evaporating cooling the skin surface. Stop the sweating the hands will warm up.
Try not to be nervous because that is why your hands sweat
its not nervousness, i had this problem most of my teen and early 20's. I would sweat profusely under my arms too.
you can get a pill from your doc, BUT i don't recommend it.
If you have access to an acupuncture clinic, go to it. They can see what's imbalanced and get things normalized. If not, it could be hormonal in which case you may just have to wait it out until your body regulates. Sorry 'bout that.
