A fly bit my husband ear and puss is coming out. What should I do?

Sounds like your husbands ear may be infected, I would clean the area really well with soap and water ( use an antibacterial soap) and then put a antibiotic ointment and put on a bandage. After that leave it alone for a day and see if it gets better. Do not try to squeeze the puss or itch it as you may really get a mess going.

Have you heard of triple-antibotic creams, such as Neosporin?
Odd situation ,go to Doctor he may need an antibiotic.
