Answers:
if it burns really bad put noxema on it. i promise it takes the sting out of it and cools it down. and when you go to the beach tomorrow wear high spf lotion and reapply often. try to cover up with maybe a hat or sit under an umbrella. i wouldnt stay out in the sun to much or it will get much much worse. if there is already blisters dont get in the sun at all. the worst time to get burned i think is between 11:00 and 3pm.
aloe it doesnt get rid of it right away but it makes it go away faster
If you go to the beach again after sun burn. Please wear a high spf sunscreen or you'll do even more damage to your skin.
Or better yet make sure to wear something that covers the affected areas.
lots of moisturizers with vitamin d and e. DO NOT go back out into the sun. That would be suicidal, even if you use sun screen.
Burn over burn is complete insane, it can damage permanently your skin and increase skin cancer possibilities.
For your burn try aloe cream or there is a Coppertone ice something that's help relief the sunburn.
Remember that when you go to the beach, the sun you take, it will appear 8 hours later, so if you are a half day there, the first signs of the first hour will appear 8 hours later so that why in the morning you looked so red and burned.
Don't abuse of the sun and for the future don't use a cream with less than 8 fpps
some home remedies:
1. aloe vera gel--kept in the fridge
2. dermoplast spray--be very cautious around the face
3. vinegar--shower with it, then use a mild and moisturizing soap for the smell
4. warm water--shower or bathe in water as warm as you can stand. the heat will assist your body in producing its own oils that will soothe, moisturize and heal your damaged skin.
As far as going back in the sun, use your better judgment, and if you do, be sure to wear a hat and use sunscreen, but read the directions on the bottle. it should be applied 30 minutes before going into the sun and reapplied every so often. also, never let your sunscreen get hot. heat destroys the ingredients that protect your skin.
