I have small raised bumps not pimples?

Are you sure they contain nothing inside? If they don't it might just mean you have sensitive skin, in which case I believe your skin can react to things by creating raised bumps. You could try to use different soaps on your face such as soaps that don't have scents or colors. Also, you can try to use a different make-up brand that's more natural, or one that says its non-comedogenic so it won't be a possible irritant to your skin. Also, make sure your skin is hydrated everyday with a good face lotion that doubles as a sunscreen. And remember, any sort of "treatment" you might undertake will take several months of commitment to show even the smallest of results. Repairing skin takes time.
I'm no expert, so it would be a good idea to see a dermatologist to confirm that treatments you are using will actually do anything and to give you guidance as to what specific steps you should take. Good Luck!
I get them sometimes, I usually just put pimple cream on them and they tend to go away. For me anyway...
Sounds like Follicullitis, irritation and swelling around the hair follicle, causing a acne type appearance, but not cured by acne creams. (This can occur anywhere on the body, but primarily is seen on the face, chest, back, buttocks, and "flabby" part of the back of the upper arm.).Try using tea tree oil/shampoo. This will help. Also try not to sleep in your make-up.Doing so will only make things worse as the make up will trap in sweat and cause further irritation. Also try using Dove or another sensitive soap on your face. Pat dry, do not rub. Try not to pick the "zit" type bumps, this will not help. It will only make it take longer for them to heal. Maybe also think about seeing a dermatologist.he/she can offer additional solutions.
