Zits on my chest?

Question:
i get zits on my chest, should i use face wash or cetaphil to clean them or just wait

Answers:
That's not unusual. Wash twice a day, soap is fine. The zits are caused by hormones. Drink lots of water and try to eat healthy. When your hormones chill, the zits will too. Other people (teens) who answer this and tell you that you are gross are liars, because most all of them have had a zit or two on their chest or back. It's hormones. Nothing to be ashamed of. Just keep them clean. They'll clear up.
My cousin had the same thing.

I just scrub it with pore wash or you can use acne spot treatment.

Hope I helped! Good luck!
all three. clearasil clearstick works for me
This happens to me when it's that time of the month. Do not pop them! I usually use some type of exfoliant body wash in the shower on them. And, then, I use toothpaste (I know it's silly) and I put it on there. Supposedly, toothpaste draws out the blockage that was causing the acne in the first place. It works for me.
