Ovarian cysts are totally benign so unless they grow to a large size the doctor wont do anythng about them as they will go away on their own.
If you are talking about polycystic ovary disease then, again, there's nothing the doctor can do about the condition but can treat symptoms that one may experience such as weight gain or infertility.
