Need help on HIV related Case?

Question:
Hi
I went down on a woman for 2 minutes on april 29 (she told me she got tested and was HIV- in march ). and then I met another girl who is my girlfriend now. After 2 weeks of meeting her I had unprotected sex with her (May 6). After a week i got some symtoms like fever, headache, sorethroat, yeast infect (went to doctor and he told me about this), and after a month i started bleeding from gums and went to a dentist who gave me periogaurd and now it stopped.

Lately i get pain in my kidney area and sometimes when i urinate (went to doctor to see if it is UTI and came back negative).

Also i got tested HIV Oraquick (saliva) on May 30 and HIV Orasure (blood from finger tip) on July 10, both came negative. my girlfriend got tested on may 30 for HIV Oraquick (saliva) and she is negative.

Should i be worried for anything.

Now after 3 months of possible exposure from going down on a woman I am having mild fever with headache and pain in scrotum

Answers:
You do not have anything to worry about with regards to HIV. Performing cunnilingus on a woman is not a risk for HIV, and unprotected vaginal sex is low risk even if the woman is positive, which your partner is obviously not. Also, your negative tests 2 months after exposure is iron clad evidence that you don't have HIV.
