If that does not do it, see a dermatologist! Be careful putting it on and only put it where you have acne... Also, do not leave it on too long or your skin will turn into a leather texture.

Edit: if they are cystic pimples then you may want to see a dermatologist to get cortisone shots

You should probably use a body wash that has acne fighting chemicals in it.

It may help , depending on how bad it is, your age , your hormones. The sun can help too. Best is to see a dermatologist about it. The medicine your asking about it it should help it. Dryness though could be a problem and drying out your skin may aggrivate it. Trust me the skin on your back is different from your face. I think they sell a body acne wash you may want to try which would be better to use.
