Does anyone know if I can buy antibiotics over counter in spain?
Question:
I'm going to spain in 2days (last minute deal) and I am prone to getting cystitis when I go abroad so my doc normally gives me a perscription of trimethoprim (antibiotic) which I take with me! Only problem is my doc is away and the new doc wont give me a perscription so I was wondering if there is anyway I can buy it over the counter in spain if I need it? Or any other way?

The chemists in Spain are very good and if you take your pills with you and show them they will probably give you their equivalent, or can you not get your Dr to supply you with enough for your time here?
There is a list of Chemists and directions on this website but all focused on the Costa del Sol, not sure if that is any help
