Is this a possible warning for a stroke or heart attack?
Question:

It is certainly possible for someone your age to have a stroke or heart attack, espescially if you are a smoker, eat a high fat diet, are inactive, or if you have an underlying congenital problem. It's also possible that this signifies a neurological problem.
Your best bet is to call your Dr.'s office and clearly describe to him what you felt, any other symptoms that came with it, when it started, what you were doing at the time, how long it lasted, and what made it go away.
Your Dr. may ask you to come in for blood testing to look for certain chemical markers, he may have you make an appointment for another day, or he may just ask you to monitor your symptoms and let him know what happens in the near future. But you won't know for sure until you ask your MD.
Get to the dr, sounds bad.
I don't know.
If it was a stroke or mini heart attack the chemical evidence would almost certainly there for maybe a day or two, and could be detected in a blood test.
i have heard of the left arm thing before... are you obese? does heart disease run in your family?
it's not that common for someone your age to have a heart attack but there is a small chance that you could... go to your doctor and get checked out... if it is something to do with your heart they need to get to it fast (only 10% of people that have heart failor will survive)... don't risk it!
good luck!!
Well, without knowing more about you it's hard to say for sure, but if you have no medical history at your age, the odds of either of those things are very unlikely. There are also many things that could cause that which are not either a stroke or heart attack. If it really worries you or keeps happening, see your doctor about it.
It is absolutely possible that you could have had a stroke. People may say that you are too young to have a stroke and that is very wrong. I had my first stroke at six months old and had my latest stroke two months ago at age 31. My advice is to go see your doctor immediately and tell him/her what you have experienced and ask for tests to be run.
