I have this poison ivy looking and feeling stuff below my vagina in between the vagina and anus. What is it?

It has come back on and off for about 2 months now. I know its not an std because ive been checked with in the year and have been with the same faithful partner for 2 years. Its itchy and looks like some sort of rash. Its right on my perineum. It sucks

It sounds like a rash you get from riding a bicycle. The seat chafes you there. Invest in some bike shorts with padding and it should cease to be a problem. I don't think it;s a yeast infection.
