Non-puss filled bumps on shoulders and top of back?


Question:
I have bumps on my shoulders and back, they look as if you could pop them, but if you say, stuck a needle in them they bleed a little with no puss. Could anyone tell me what these are and why I got them? And how to cure them? Thank you.
