I take care of a 90 year old friend. She is nauseous today?

Question:
What could I feed her to help her feel better. She doesnt want soup or noodles. She has to eat something. Any ideas?
She took her anti-nausea medicine, its just make her sleepy.

Answers:
Cream of Wheat?
Ensure or similar vitamin laced drink?
Scrambled eggs?

Thank you for being a great, caring friend!

God Bless you both!

saltine crackers
She can go a little while without food. Try Gatorade or petilite to keep her hydrated. However, if it gets worse, I'd take her to the doctor.
check with her DR
ginger ale, saltines (low salt varieties available)
She should have an ongoing prescription of Phenergan, a very effective anti-nausea medication.
Try some toast or crackers
apple sauce.
ginger ale, saltines and check with herdoctor to make sure there is nothing else you should be doing.
If she is also having trouble breathing, call the doc.
And check her pulse.
saltine crackers, apple sauce, grapes, gingerale, mint tea if you have any
It's more important for her to stay hydrated. I would push as many fluids as you can all day. Fluids at room tempature are best, they get into the system quicker.Even if they make her vomit still keep pushing them eventually it will be what makes her fill better. When the nausea goes away she'll probably be very hungry.
Soda crackers would help. She needs very bland food. Don't push her.
