Dead mouse on me?

Question:
My cat killed a very small dead mouse and brought it to my collar while I was sleeping. Should I be afraid that I contacted an infectious disease from it? Or is it unlikely? There were no droppings.

Answers:
Yes, you've probably only got a few hours to live, go to the Emergency Room ASAP!
Ohohoho.. that's happened to me before.

It's best if you go to the doctor to get checked for anything, though I doubt you have anything, unless you somehow ingested any part of the mouse (including hairs and blood).

Just clean yourself up real good as well as anything else the mouse may have touched. If anything seems abnormal to you, seek help from a doctor.
how lucky you are that your cat loves you enough to give you a present. they don't know it's icky to you. it is unlikely that you contracted a disease, but you can ask your Dr. tho.
The cat is saying to you he or she, is doing his or her part. Now give me a treat. I just save you from a mouse; your cat is saying this to you. My cat did this to me too. I scream and run outer the room. The cat kept doing this for about 3 times. Now if he see a mouse he looks at me and I wonder what he's up to now.
Not only does the mouse transmit diseases, but fleas on the mouse also transmit diseases. If you didn't notice any flea bites, then I think you should be okay.

Earlier this week, my cat brought me a little dead sparrow. How sweet they r?! They've brought me all kinds of creepy crawlies :[
I know you usually feed the cat but I am surprised you don't appreciate the one time the cat tried to feed you! Truth is you will live.
No, just wash the sheets and wipe the matrice down with some bleach. This will kill all germs and bacteria. I don't think it will be possible for you to get anything from it since it was already dead. I would take your cat to the vet to make sure it is OK.
