It's best if you go to the doctor to get checked for anything, though I doubt you have anything, unless you somehow ingested any part of the mouse (including hairs and blood).

The cat is saying to you he or she, is doing his or her part. Now give me a treat. I just save you from a mouse; your cat is saying this to you. My cat did this to me too. No, just wash the sheets and wipe the matrice down with some bleach. This will kill all germs and bacteria. I don't think it will be possible for you to get anything from it since it was already dead. I would take your cat to the vet to make sure it is OK.
