What do you mean grease? Like from a car? Use a hand cleaner - don't scrub.
If you are refering to an oily build up then buy an astrigent to help dry it out. Try using witch hazel found in any drug store. It is very gentle. Or go to a health food store and ask for help.
Watch what you eat as that has an effect on the oils your body produces.
