Why is my left hand shaking but my right hand is steady?

I was leaning back typing on the computer, and now my left side is shaky. my hand is trembling like a leaf making it diff. to type mostly my hand fingers and my right side is steady as a rock. What just happened?

The most likely cause is that your posture slightly compromised a nerve. Impossible to say what nerve from what you say. If it persists for more than 24 hours I suggest you get a medical opinion.
